Maisal Finance ("we") operates this website for Prahallad Maisal. This policy explains what the website actually collects and how it is handled. It describes real behaviour only.

Information the website collects

The website collects information mainly through the feedback form, and only what you choose to provide:

• an overall rating and, where shown, service-type and relationship-duration answers;
• your written feedback, if any;
• your name only if you choose to provide it and select a name-based privacy mode;
• your chosen privacy mode (full name, first name only, or anonymous);
• an optional email or phone number, only if you provide one;
• an optional area/location description, if you provide one;
• your separate choices about whether we may contact you and whether an excerpt may be published as a testimonial.

The website also processes limited technical data needed to work securely — a session cookie and a CSRF/security cookie — and administrator sign-in/session data for the private admin area.

Please do NOT send sensitive details

The feedback form is not a secure channel for sensitive data. Do not submit PAN, Aadhaar, bank-account or card details, passwords, OTPs, folio numbers, policy numbers, or unnecessary medical information through it. The form already warns against this.

How we use it

We read feedback to improve our service. We contact you only if you gave permission. A feedback submission is private by default; an excerpt becomes a public testimonial only with your explicit publication consent, and never automatically. Anonymous feedback stays anonymous.

Cookies

The website uses a session cookie and a CSRF/security cookie so it works and stays secure. It does not use advertising, marketing or third-party analytics tracking cookies.

Third-party media

Some pages may embed an educational video from YouTube using its privacy-enhanced (no-cookie) mode. No video player loads until you click to play; YouTube's own terms apply only once you interact.

Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, and for legal, dispute-handling, security and record-keeping needs.

Your choices and data-protection questions

We aim to handle personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and its rules as they are notified and come into force. You may ask us about the personal data relating to you, request correction, or ask us to stop contacting you. We do not claim "GDPR compliance".
